Building a Bakery

A 10 acre tract was purchased in Ringgold GA in early 2017. The strategic location was chosen to service trucking routes to Tennessee, Georgia and Alabama. Construction of the 29,000 foot bakery facility was completed in December 2017 and hiring and training commenced. The first day of production was January 19, 2018. The bakery is now serving 158 Bluemont Group and 3rd party  Dunkin’ franchises with an aggressive growth strategy to service in excess of 160 locations by end of 2020.

What’s on the menu?

At BMG bakery we make all of our donuts- Glazed, Sprinkles, Frosted, Jelly-filled, Powdered, Crullers. As well as munchkins, eclairs, apple fritters, coffee rolls, croissants, bagels and muffins.
