We are currently searching for a Quality Assurance Technician for our Bolingbrook, IL facility!


    Responsible for routine sampling and testing of product and materials at various stages of production

    Responsible for recognizing, identifying, documenting, and communicating all analytical, quality, and food safety evaluation and processing checks.

    Responsible for ensuring those adjustments are made to ensure compliance to specifications, and for rechecking following adjustments to ensure that product is of the highest quality.

    Responsible for helping to ensure GMP compliance throughout the facility,

    Monitor Product dimensions (length, width, height and circumference) against the Product Specs.

    Perform PCA and SPC on product dimensions as required.


    Relevant degree, coursework, and/or certification in related field of study

    Previous food manufacturing experience ideal

    Proficiency with Microsoft Office programs, including Microsoft Excel

    Ability to work well with other teams, but self-motivated and driven to get the job done independently

What You Can Expect:

    Fast paced manufacturing environment within a large scale bread manufacturing company

    Stable, solid opportunity to consistently work a minimum of 40 hours

    24/7 operation requires open availability for any shift and weekends

    Shifts can be from 8-12 hours, and 5-7 days per week.

    Background check and physical with drug screen required for all employees
