Harris Ranch Beef Company is looking for a hungry individual to help fulfill our mission and vision.

You will make an immediate impact as an active leader of a diverse Food Safety/Quality Assurance team to fulfill our vision and ensure our customers enjoy the highest quality beef products from the Central Valley’s premier Family Owned Business.

  • You will lead a team to improve the design and execution of the Food Safety and Quality Assurance System
  • We would prefer you to have completed a Bachelor’s Degree in Animal Science/Food Science/Microbiology with a couple years’ experience in the meat industry with strengths in:

    • Leadership
    • Communication
    • GFSI & HACCP
    • Data Analysis & Trouble Shooting (Six Sigma/FMEA)
  • Continuous education with growth and promotion opportunities
  • Convenient location in California’s Central Valley:

    • Fresno/Clovis: 25 min
    • Visalia/Tulare: 25 min
    • Yosemite National Park: 2.5 hours
    • San Francisco: 2.5 hours
    • Pacific Ocean: 2.5 hours
