Quality Control Manager

Major Responsibilities:

- Trains and supervisors activities of quality control, supervisors, and other personnel, on all shifts in the following areas at the Processing Division:

a. Slaughter

b. Eviscerating and chilling

c. Deboning

d. Marination

e. Specialty (Cut-up)

f. Shipping

g. Grounds and facilities

 

- Ensures quality of products received and produced by (but not limited to):

a. Conformance to Customer specifications

b. Conformance to SFI specifications
